Recently contacted B/O regarding a potential mold issue in an out-of-area college apt. Tom was quick to provide options and remedies vs. opting for a highly expensive professional testing outfit. End result: Mold issue minimized. Healthier environment for all roommates. Savings of 1/2 the professional testing charge. The professional testing would not have SOLVED the problem. You can bet, Tom & Bio One will get the call (first) should another home or business environmental issue arise. Thanks Bio One Chester County!

AMAZING service. Tom, Tiffany, and Eric were absolutely phenomenal at getting rid of decades old pet urine smell from our basement. They were professional, showed up on time, and took care of this issue with the best possible outcome, keeping us updated on the progress throughout. Tom explained every step as they were doing it and gave realistic expectations. I went to check out the smell today, one day after they finished treating and sealing my basement, and there is ZERO pet urine smell! Tom was fantastic to work with, always responding promptly, and gave honest and helpful opinions and referrals for other work to be done. While I hope not to need their services again, they would be the FIRST people I would call should the need arise. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!
