Tom Gervasio, the owner, is very professional and responded to our call quickly. He was flexible and able to work around the condo association’s restrictions for dumpsters. His crew was friendly and very helpful during the stressful situation. They were able to locate important paperwork despite the garbage, animal feces, etc. I highly recommend Bio-One.

What an amazing experience. A member of my family has struggled with hoarding disorder for many years. It wasn’t until I came by to visit that I found that it had progressed to the point where her house was extremely dangerous and hardly livable—bags piled to the ceiling in every room, and every desk drawer and cabinet filled to the brim.
