AMAZING service. Tom, Tiffany, and Eric were absolutely phenomenal at getting rid of decades old pet urine smell from our basement. They were professional, showed up on time, and took care of this issue with the best possible outcome, keeping us updated on the progress throughout. Tom explained every step as they were doing it and gave realistic expectations. I went to check out the smell today, one day after they finished treating and sealing my basement, and there is ZERO pet urine smell! Tom was fantastic to work with, always responding promptly, and gave honest and helpful opinions and referrals for other work to be done. While I hope not to need their services again, they would be the FIRST people I would call should the need arise. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

What an amazing experience. A member of my family has struggled with hoarding disorder for many years. It wasn’t until I came by to visit that I found that it had progressed to the point where her house was extremely dangerous and hardly livable—bags piled to the ceiling in every room, and every desk drawer and cabinet filled to the brim. Some windows were inaccessible and had not been opened in years. I called Bio One to inquire and the owner, Tom, thoroughly answered all my questions and walked me through the process and gave me cost estimates. Over the course of a few days, I watched Tom and his very respectful cleaning team transform her house from a garbage dump into a beautiful home. Bio One literally changed our lives for the better. He has worked as a Sales Manager in a variety of industries, from professional sports in New York to Unclaimed Property in King of Prussia. Coming from a military and law enforcement family, helping people is what drives Tom and what led him to joining the Bio-One family. Tom and his wife, Kathryn, have a newborn son Vincenzo, and live in Chester County. They enjoy spending their time traveling and hiking at Marsh Creek.

    "Rarely have I had service in any capacity like the EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE GIVEN by the Entire Team at Bio 1 of Chester County!!! Tom picked up the phone at 9:45 at night after my spending all day with another "" Cash only"" vendor . He spoke in clear Terms about the Bio Hazzard job & the insurance process.
