Tom and his team promptly responded to my need for a home cleaning after a COVID quarantine. They were extremely accommodating despite my last-minute request. They made it to my house within a day of contacting them and kept me updated the entire time. Once at my house, they worked efficiently and even offered to extend their services to disinfect my car. They went above and beyond for me and also happen to be some of the friendliest people I've come across. I would highly recommend Tom and Bio-One!

What an amazing experience. A member of my family has struggled with hoarding disorder for many years. It wasn’t until I came by to visit that I found that it had progressed to the point where her house was extremely dangerous and hardly livable—bags piled to the ceiling in every room, and every desk drawer and cabinet filled to the brim. Some windows were inaccessible and had not been opened in years. I called Bio One to inquire and the owner, Tom, thoroughly answered all my questions and walked me through the process and gave me cost estimates. Over the course of a few days, I watched Tom and his very respectful cleaning team transform her house from a garbage dump into a beautiful home. Bio One literally changed our lives for the better. He made all this happen in Record time and did all the Insurance paperwork too!! Tom also recommended another vendor for a different service, and they were also stellar!! Tom and his group made what was a really difficult situation manageable. They were respectful, fast, kind and did an amazing job. Bio-One Chester County is the best company to hire for cleaning up messes that are beyond your capability to handle. Tom estimated the cost, materials and number of days to complete the project. Despite the need to scale the job up during execution, the job was completed on time and on budget. Tom and his crew are great! They are punctual, professional, talented, experienced, humorous, and honest. When unanticipated problems arose during execution, Tom called immediately to discuss resolution options and provided guidance to lead me gently to what I believe to be the best option.
